I was born and brought up in Kolkata, where my interest in technology, creativity, and problem-solving started early. I graduated from Brainware University with a degree in Multimedia and Web Development and began my professional journey as a frontend development trainer. While teaching and working with digital products, I discovered UX design — a field that perfectly combined my passion for design, psychology, and technology.

My experience in education played a significant role in shaping my approach to UX. Working closely with students, faculty members, and departments taught me how to understand diverse user needs, identify pain points, and create meaningful solutions. Whether helping students overcome learning challenges or improving departmental workflows, I learned that great solutions start with empathy and research. Today, I apply the same mindset to designing user-centered digital experiences that solve real-world problems.
